British Food Fortnight: Atholl Glens Organic Meat

Atholl Glen, can deliver their organic meat boxes anywhere in the UK.  Which means it is a great idea for all you buy ladies who have not got time to pop out to a local butcher, just order in a box and freeze what you do not need.

I liked the look of the Glentilt half a lamb box.  It includes in it the following, enough to cater for about 24 servings.

2 packets of diced lamb, 1 leg of lamb, 1 packet of double loin chops, 1 rack of lamb, 2 packets of shanks and 1 packet of lamb burgers.
