Brooches from Seek and Adore

I came across a selection of unusual brooches made by Georgina Fowler, a ceramic artist, and available from Seek and Adore website. Seek and Adore sell a wide range of products produced by designer makers. This flower heart brooch has a muted colour scheme and is decorated with a flower pattern. The heart is hand made out of white Earthenware clay. The decoration is transfer printed onto the clay heart. It’s priced at £15 and there are other heart brooches available in different colours and with different designs.

I was very taken by this purple tree cat brooch. Once again the brooch is made from a white earthenware clay and the decoration is provided by transfers. I like the intricate tree pattern which works well on this curvy cat shape and the way the cat’s features are made from the twigs and branches. This brooch is priced at £15 too and other cats are available in a range of colours and patterns.
