Today we talk to Camilla from Rude Health.  She is one of four people who started this fab company as they could not find the sort of cereals that they wanted to eat, which are yummy recipes made from top quality, organic ingredients with nothing added.  Since then they have added gourmet porridge and a light range of puffed and flaked cereals, so that now they are the only complete range of organic breakfast cereals.
