Who are you and what is your position?

My name is Rob, and I am the co-director of Eco Green Store.

What is your reason for starting up the company?

I started up Eco Green Store, out of a love for the environment, and a strong belief in a range of products I found online!

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for about 3 years now. We started off as a one man band selling products from my spare bedroom, to moving into a small office space above a café about a year and a half ago, to moving into a new, bigger office space in the past month.

Tell us a bit about your products.

We sell a huge range of products, ranging from ecological cleaning products from Ecover, and ecological cleaning with just water from E Cloths, to our range of organic tampons and pads by NatraCare, and our organic shampoo’s, conditioners and soaps by Faith In Nature. We find that our best selling products are our Moonlight Night Lights and EcoBalls by Ecozone.

What is your favourite green luxury item?

I personally love the Faith In Nature chocolate bubble bath that we sell! Everyone loves chocolate, so what better way to enjoy your wash, than to relax a chocolate smelling bubble bath!

What is your top green tip?

My top green tip, is that if every time you get in your car, you ask yourself “is this trip really necessary?”. By doing this you can stop wasting fuel on pointless journeys, or on journeys that could be taken by a more ecological route, say by using a form of public transport such as a bus or train, or by biking or walking!

What do you do to relax?

I enjoy going for bike rides in the countryside, as enjoying the company of friends.
