This weeks featured retailer is Mimimyne, a glorious eco haven of toys, clothes and furniture.

Who you are and your position?

Tabitha Potts, the Director of Minimyne.

The reason for starting the Company?

I felt there was a need for sustainable products designed for children, which are beautiful yet practical.  I also wanted to help encourage the smaller designer makers.

Tell us about your products?

Mimimyne caters for all budgets.  From their eco-friendly Creative Charlie Kits, child sized carry-all bags, which can be personalised with your bambinos name through to the gorgeous hand-crocheted hats and dresses from Teeny Tini.

What is your favourite green luxury item?

For myself, it is the fact I get a weekly delivery from Abel & cole of fresh organic vegetables, rather than having to dash out to the shops.

What is your top green tip?

I was very pleased to discover that eco-friendly light bulbs do work on a dimmer. I have invested in this and got mine from Megaman.

What do you do to relax?

I’ve just recently taken up running, which helps me destress, whilst listening to music on my iPod.  I also love to visit my local spa and have a treat.  (A girl after my own heart!)

I love my pony t-shirt

This cute little t-shirt, is made from 100% organic cotton, with the design hand screen printed in the UK, using water based oils.  Available in size 2-3 years +.  Price £18.50.

OTA Chalkboard

This is a design classic, it’s made using recycled components.  Available in five colour choices.  It is a definite jazzed up noticeboard.  Price £45.
