This week we talk to Linda from Sones. We have featured Sones before on TGF, sellers of gorgeous organic clothing for your bambino.
Linda was inspired to start Sones after the birth of her first grandson. She bought him organic clothes to wear and was amazed by the quality of the products. Since then she has been driven to find out so much more about the benefits of both social and environmental of buying organic.
Sones has been going for only 14 months, and Linda says “It is all still very new and she is learning all the time.”
At Sones you will find a range of organic baby and children´s clothing up to the age of 4 or 5 years old, including probably the biggest selection of baby gowns on the web. Linda´s favourite green luxury item is the Essential Care soothing salve, as it is so smooth and lovely to touch and lends itself to many uses.
Linda´s top green tip is as she is a keen gardener, she makes her own eco-friendly weedkiller, which includes: Vinegar, salt and tiny amounts of ecover washing up liquid.
To relax, Linda enjoys playing with her two grandsons, walking her dogs, and enjoys singing and dancing.

Linda spotted these at the Glasgow baby show and snapped them up as she thought they were a great idea. This comes in a leopard print, made from 95% organic cotton with 5% lycra, to give it a stretchy feel. Sizes available small or large. Price is £19.99

Another favourite of Linda´s, this is rich and creamy with shea butter and active bio ingredients. This salve is suitable for a baby´s dry skin problems. Price is £14.95 for 175g and it’s also available in a smaller size.
Made from organic cotton and filled with wool, these gorgeous comforters will make your bambino feel loved and secure when asleep on their own. Available in various colours. Price £9.50.
These funky and colourful tees are a must have for your bambino with a cute animal motif on the front. Available in sizes 0-3 through to 12-18 months. Price is £7.
