The reason for starting the company?
Having built an eco house it was a natural progression to start an eco business. Friend and business partner, Kathryn Jenkins and I, saw the potential in the market for recycling quality clothes amongst women; the key difference being that clothes were swopped for points, not pounds.
How long have you been in business?
We are celebrating our first birthday this month.
Tell us about your products.
We provide a platform for women to swop their quality clothes for points, not pounds. We have recently launched a Premium service for women who are too busy to list items themselves. We also sell top up points for that must-have item and vouchers for a unique and eco friendly gift.
What is your favourite green luxury item?
My house.
What is your top green tip?
For a new wardrobe, buy from dress agencies, charity shops or Swop2Shop.There’s no need to buy new when you can buy, or swop, excellent quality, second hand clothing.
What do you do to relax?
I’m rubbish at relaxing but when I get the opportunity I love to indulge with girl friends at a spa.
