TGF Likes…New Snack Bars from Tropical Wholefoods

Tropical Wholefoods have  re-branded 4 snack bars.  Mango & Brazil nut, Apricot & Raisin, Pineapple & Cashew nut, and 5-Fruit salad, and these were launched in April  2010.

All 4 bars are Fairtrade (FLO) certified, Organic and suitable for Vegans.

Striking fruit bowls on the front of the packs emphasise the exceptionally high fruit content of the bars, which are  “bursting with flavour”.

The 3 cereal bars have a minimum of 32% dried fruit in them, and the 5-Fruit Salad is made with 95% dried fruit, and 5% apple juice.

Tropical Wholefoods source all their dried fruits and nuts from small scale Fairtrade farmers and make their bars in their own bakery in Sunderland.

You can buy them from most high street stores or online from Tropical Wholefoods.
