TGF Rated DVD Review: Dive Olly Dive

Newly released today is this new fabulous DVD for children.  Released just in time for the Easter holidays, I would recommend you buy this fab DVD instead of a choccie easter egg.

Dive Olly Dive - This fun filled DVD comprises 7 fun-filled episodes from the 3D animated series, which already has quite a fan club over at GMTV2.  This fab DVD follows the adventures of Olly, a young submarine-in-training, and Beth, his fellow student and best friend. Stationed at the Special Underwater Research Facility (S.U.R.F.) under the guidance of Diver Doug, the young subs explore their spectacular underwater world.

As part of their training, Olly and Beth must participate in a treasure hunt.  Their objectives are to practice their manual navigation without the help of their computerised GPS system and to improve their orientation skills.  However, Olly has difficulties reading the map and finds the challenge harder than he thought!

Joining Olly and Beth on their adventures are Skid, Doug’s sleek transport vehicle; Brandt, a cantankerous hermit crab who imagines himself to be a pirate; UMA, an eight-appendaged Underwater Maintenance Assistant; Ranger, a tiny cowboy seahorse who spends his days herding up squid; Shankley, the Scottish sea crane who spins tales of the deep seas; Suzy, the awesome aerobatic seaplane and Luseal, the fun-loving, athletic seal.

 

You can buy this DVD at local retailers for £5.99, it has a U rating and runs for approximately 1 hour 21 minutes.

 

My niece and nephew who were the main reviewers of this fab DVD are very happy with it and love the animated characters and were continually asking questions about the new and interesting facts they were subconsciously learning.
