good night snoring ringWhat is it?

The Good Night Anti-Snoring ring works on the principles of Acupressure.  It is an alternative form of treatment,  to help people who suffer from snoring and of course their partners who have to listen to them!

Who is reviewing it?

My husband who has a problem with snoring.

Set Up

You have to measure your little finger, where the ring sits at night so that you get the correct measurement first.  It comes with full instructions on use.  Place the Good Night ring at the very base of your little finger with the gap facing upwards (12 o’clock). Squeeze and release the sides gently but firmly to create a firm but comfortable fit. The Acu-Activators should be located on the outer and inner points equivalent to 3 and 9 o’clock (large acu-activator on the outside). It comes with detailed instructions.

Any negatives

No negatives at all.  Plus if you are not fully happy with it they offer a money back guarantee which makes it a win win purchase.

Price and availability

You can buy it from Good Night Snoring for £30.

Overall

My husband is a convert his snoring has disappeared and he actually wakes up feeling like he has had a proper nights sleep and is fully rested, rather than wake up tired as he was before.

I might try this.. My partner is a terrible snorer and I often lay next to him praying it will ease enough so I can sleep.

You can also buy the ring from Boots as I have just read some reviews here: http://www.boots.com/en/Good-Night-Snoring-Ring-Medium_1154440

It does appear to work for some but not for others. I wonder if its the placebo effect or if acupressure really works. I’m not convinced with alternative medicine but this could change my mind if it works. I think its worth a try especially as there is a money back guarantee.

Keep up the good work TGF – I just love this site.
