TGF Rated Review: Green Child Sleeping Bag

What is it?
A baby sleeping bag from Green Child, for babies aged 0-6 months.
Who is testing it?
Me (Jo), first time mum to Erin, aged 3 and a half months.
Set up?
The bag has a lovely pink design and is 2.5 tog, it has plastic poppers (I prefer these to the metal ones), one on each strap and another on the zip cover.
In use?
Erin slept well and was always lovely and warm when I took her out of it, but not too warm. I’ve washed it twice now and it hasn’t faded, plus it has retained the padded feel, something which seems to go out of other sleeping bags almost straight away. There are no poppers underneath the arm, which I prefer, just a good arm-hole size. It is also not too long, whilst there is still room for growth, other sleeping bags seem to have too much excess bag at the bottom, which can both get in the way, and also end up crumpled up beneath your baby if they wriggle a lot in their sleep.
Any negatives?
See my last comment – you may run out of room if your baby is particularly long, although Erin is not short (91st percentile) and she still has a fair few inches left in it.
Price and availability
Available to buy from Green Child for £28.
Overall?
Stylish, cute and very warm and comfortable for baby. I have three other sleeping bags, all from the main retailers, but this one is my favourite.
