Set Up

Ecover is a brand that uses natural, sustainable plant-based ingredients. They care about the environment, but also understand the need for cleaning products that provide good results. This fabric conditioner is described as having a delicate floral fragrance, and will leave clothes soft and kind to your skin, and also make them easier to iron. It has gentle plant-based ingredients, and should be used alongside Ecover laundry liquid/washing powder for optimum results.

I found it made our clothes really soft. My little boy is 8 months old and suffers from eczema, so I am always very conscious about how laundry products will affect his skin. This was kind; he suffered no reaction at all. The smell really is lovely and floral, although it is much stronger in the bottle than after the wash.

Any negatives

I can’t say I noticed any difference in how easy my clothes were to iron, after using this conditioner. But I am not a great lover of ironing anyway!

Overall

An effective, value-for-money fabric conditioner, which delivers on the most important aspects of its promise; softness and kindness to skin.
